At Creative Geek by Sudhir MG, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions and ensuring client satisfaction. We believe in a transparent and fair process for both parties. This policy outlines our terms regarding project cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is based on the project stage at the time of the cancellation request.

  • **Cancellation by Client Before Project Start:** If the client requests to cancel the project before any work has commenced, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued, minus a 10% administrative and processing fee.
  • **Cancellation by Client During Project:** If the client requests to cancel the project after work has commenced, any payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. The client will be liable for payment for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.
  • **Cancellation by Creative Geek by Sudhir MG:** We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time if a client is unresponsive for more than 30 days, breaches the project agreement, or requests services that are unethical or illegal. In such cases, payments for all work completed up to that point will be retained, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our creative and technical services, we adhere to the following refund policy:

  • **No Refunds for Completed Work:** We do not offer refunds on services that have already been completed, delivered, and approved by the client as per the project scope and milestones. Our milestone-based payment structure ensures that you approve the work at each stage before proceeding.
  • **Handling Dissatisfaction (The "Don't Like It" Scenario):** Client satisfaction is our priority. We address this through a structured feedback and revision process during the project. Each milestone is presented for your review and approval. Refunds will not be issued for subjective reasons of style or preference once a milestone has been approved by the client. We will, however, make every reasonable effort to accommodate feedback within the agreed-upon number of revision rounds.
  • **Technical Defects or Bugs:** If you find a verifiable technical defect or bug in the final delivered project that was not caused by third-party software, hosting, or client-side alterations, we will rectify these issues at no additional cost. This is a commitment to quality, not a basis for a refund.
  • **Partial Refunds:** In the rare and exceptional circumstance that Creative Geek by Sudhir MG is unable to complete a project as per the agreed-upon scope, a partial refund may be considered for the incomplete work. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

3. Process for Raising a Concern

To report a technical defect or raise a concern about the final delivery, please follow these steps:

  2. In your email, please include your project details, invoice number, and a clear description of the issue with supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, screen recordings).
  3. We will acknowledge your concern within 2 business days and investigate the issue promptly.
